Is the app free?
Yes. The app costs nothing to download, and the account is free to start with no card asked for.
Do I need the app, or can I keep using the browser?
Both work, and it is the same account either way. The app is the easiest way to keep Frankie one tap away on a phone. On a computer or a shared tablet, open frankiegpt.com in the browser and sign in there.
Can somebody else set it up for me?
Yes, and that is common. Someone creates the account, adds the people who matter, installs the app on your phone, and signs you in once. After that it opens like any other app.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhones from the App Store and Android phones from Google Play, on a current version of the phone software. Tablets work too, and so does any modern browser.
