For the owner who is also the office
You are the estimator, the scheduler, the accounts department, and the person who actually does the work. Frankie is the part of that you can hand over without hiring anyone, and it does not need a weekend of setup before it earns its keep.
On the job
The admin that happens between jobs
Quote it before you forget the numbers
Talk the job through on the drive back. Frankie does the arithmetic, holds the figures, and can write the quote up as a message you send yourself.
You sayFour hundred square feet at nine fifty a foot, plus two days of labour at six hundred. What is that with tax?Understand the invoice
Photograph the supplier bill. Frankie reads the line items back, flags anything that looks like a duplicate charge or a rate that changed.
You sayDid they charge me the same delivery fee twice on this?Keep the promises you made out loud
Every “I will call you Tuesday” becomes a reminder that reaches you as a text or a phone call, not a note you lose.
You sayRemind me Tuesday morning to ring the Hendersons back about the kitchen.Customers it actually remembers
Save the people and the places once. Frankie knows which Henderson, which site, and which number to use.
You sayWhat did I tell the Hendersons about the lead time?Read the contract you were sent
The subcontract, the terms, the insurance renewal. Plain language, out loud, and you can ask follow up questions about it.
You sayWhat am I liable for in this section? Its own address for paperwork
Each account gets a private email address. Forward the invoice, the permit, or the spec sheet and it is waiting to be explained.
You doForward the PDF from the site office, ask about it later.Cost
You pay for what you use
There is no seat licence and no annual commitment. Credits are bought when you want them, one hundred credits to the dollar, and they do not expire. A typed answer costs two, a full voice conversation ten, a picture twenty five.
For a one person business that mostly talks to it on the drive between jobs, that is a small monthly number rather than another subscription to justify. The pricing page spells out the arithmetic.
