For the parts of the day you cannot type through

Between a client and the car park. Walking to the next room. Ten minutes before the call you have not prepared for. Frankie is the assistant you talk to in those gaps, and it still knows what you told it last week.

In the gaps

What it picks up

Capture it before it evaporates

The thought you had leaving the building is the one that never makes it to a notes app. Say it once and it is held on the account, findable later by asking.

You sayRemember that Alvarez wants the revised scope before the board meets on the nineteenth.

Pick the thread back up

No context dump, no re-explaining who is who. The memory is the point: last week’s conversation is still there when you open it.

You sayWhat did I decide about the Alvarez scope?

Reminders that reach you

Not a banner you swipe away without reading. A text on your phone, or a call that speaks the reminder out loud, at the local time you asked for.

You sayCall me at ten to nine tomorrow so I do not walk into that meeting cold.

Read the thing you were sent

Photograph the contract page, the invoice, the spec, the form. Frankie explains it in plain words and answers questions about it.

You sayWhat is the notice period in this clause, in normal English?

Draft it while you walk

Dictate the shape of the message and let Frankie write it properly. It opens in your own mail or messages so you read it before it goes.

You sayWrite Priya a polite note that the site visit has to move to Thursday.

It only listens to you

Teach it your voice and turn on voice lock. In a shared office, a car with passengers, or a call on speaker, other voices do not get to issue instructions.

ResultThe colleague talking behind you is not giving your assistant orders.

Why it is different

The gap in the assistant you already have

What you probably hitHow Frankie handles it
It forgets you between sessionsConversations are stored on your account and referenced by later ones. You ask about a decision from last month and get the decision, not a request to explain the background again.
It does not know your peopleSave the names, numbers, emails, addresses and relationships once. Instructions like “send this to the site manager” resolve to an actual person instead of a best guess.
It answers anyone in the roomVoice lock scores every spoken turn against your own voice print and ignores the rest. One print per language, so switching languages mid sentence does not lock you out of your own assistant.
Reminders you never seeDelivery is by SMS and by outbound phone call, not by a notification you dismiss on a lock screen. A call reminder counts as delivered only once it actually connects.
Nothing to install on a work deviceIt runs in the browser and installs to the home screen if you want it there. No app store approval, no MDM argument, no desktop client.

Questions

The practical ones

How is this different from the assistant already on my phone?
Three things. Frankie remembers across conversations rather than forgetting the moment you close it, it keeps a real list of the people you deal with so instructions land on the right person, and it knows your voice, so it will not take instructions from whoever else is in the car or on the call.
Can I use it hands free while driving?
Yes. Press once and talk, and it answers out loud. It handles being interrupted mid sentence, so you can correct yourself the way you would with a person instead of starting the request again.
Does it connect to my calendar and email?
Frankie has its own private email address per account today, sends reminders by text and by phone call, and can draft messages into your own mail and messaging apps. A calendar for appointments is in progress. It is deliberately not a tool that quietly reaches into your accounts without you knowing.
What happens to what I tell it?
It stays on your account so Frankie can remember it. It is never sold and never shown to another user, and you can delete a conversation or the entire account whenever you want.
