Everything Frankie does, in one place

The interface is a conversation, which is why the capability list can grow without the product getting harder to use. Here is what is in it today, and what it means when you are actually holding the phone.

The three that matter most

What almost nothing else gives you

Plenty of assistants talk. These are the parts people notice are missing once they have had them.

A memory that does not reset

Conversations are stored on your account and used by later ones. You never re-explain who your cardiologist is, which supplier let you down, or what you agreed last month.

Frankie also builds up remembered facts about you over time: how you take your coffee, which grandchild is at university, that Thursday is bin day. You can see them, change them, and delete them.

You sayWhat did I decide about the roofing quote?

The people in your life, saved

Names, numbers, email addresses, street addresses, and how each person relates to you. Frankie writes to them, dials them, and puts their address on a map.

It never guesses. “Call my daughter” resolves to one specific person with one specific number, which is the difference between an assistant and a search box.

You sayEmail Dr Reyes and ask to move Thursday.

It knows your voice

Teach Frankie your voice by reading three short lines, once for each language you speak. Turn on voice lock and it only acts on you.

A television in the background, a passenger, a colleague, or a visitor does not get to give it instructions. Every spoken turn is scored against all of your prints, so switching language mid conversation just works.

ResultYour assistant, answering to you.

The full list

Capability by capability

CapabilityWhat it actually does
Real spoken conversationPress once and talk. Frankie answers in a natural voice, copes with being interrupted, and lets you change your mind mid sentence instead of making you start the request again.
Typing, when you prefer itEverything available by voice is available by typing, and the two mix freely in one conversation.
Long-term memoryConversations, summaries, and remembered facts persist on your account, and Frankie refers back to them without being asked to.
Saved contactsA real address book Frankie can act on: draft a message, dial a call, show an address, and know which person a relationship word refers to.
Speaker recognitionOne voice print per language, fifteen languages supported. Voice lock refuses spoken instructions from anyone but you, and fails open rather than locking you out if the check is unavailable.
Reads what you photographLetters, bills, forms, prescription labels, menus, notices, screenshots. Read aloud and explained in plain words, with follow up questions allowed.
Reminders that arriveDelivered as a text message to your own phone or as an outbound phone call that speaks the reminder. One off or repeating, at your local time. A call counts as delivered only once it connects.
Its own email addressEvery account gets a private address. Forward anything confusing to it from any inbox and it is waiting in the app. Frankie can also send mail from that address, with your say so.
Scam and phishing checksA suspicious text, letter, or email is checked for pressure tactics, fake invoices, and phishing patterns, and explained in ordinary language rather than a risk score.
Pictures, on requestFrankie can generate an image when that is the clearest way to answer something.
English and RussianFully bilingual, including sentences that mix both languages, with careful translation in both directions.
Access controls everywhereText size, contrast, spacing, and reading controls from a launcher on every page, with the setting following you across the site.
Installs to the home screenRuns in any modern browser and can be added to a phone home screen, where it opens like an app. No app store, no updates to manage.
Works offline gracefullyThe interface is cached, so opening it without a signal gives a clear message rather than a broken page.

The rules

Designed for trust, not tricks

These are written into the product rather than into the fine print.

Nothing sends itself without a yes

Messages to other people open your own Messages or Mail app, and you press send. Frankie’s own channels ask for clear confirmation out loud first.

Careful with health and money

Frankie never diagnoses, never changes prescription instructions, and points to a pharmacist, doctor, or professional when it matters. In an emergency it says to call 911.

Your voice print is yours

The recordings are discarded immediately and only the numbers are kept. You can delete any print, or all of them, from Settings at any moment.

No dark patterns

Big readable buttons, plain language, daily sending limits on every account, and nothing that nags, upsells, or hides the way out.

Nothing is sold

No advertising, no data brokers, no profile building, and no cross context behavioural advertising. The privacy notice says so in detail and in plain words.

One tap to delete everything

Conversations, mail, reminders, saved people, credits, and voice prints. The whole account goes, and it goes properly.

Questions

About the product

Is this just a chatbot with a voice on top?
No. A chatbot answers and forgets. Frankie keeps a memory tied to your account, holds a real list of the people in your life and can act on it, verifies who is speaking, reads what you photograph, and reaches the outside world by text message, phone call, and its own email address. The conversation is the interface, not the product.
What is a voice print and why one per language?
A voice print is a set of numbers derived from your voice. The recordings themselves are discarded immediately; only the numbers are kept. A person sounds different enough in each language they speak that a single print misses them, so Frankie learns one per language and matches every spoken turn against all of them.
Can Frankie send things without me?
Only to you. Reminders go to your own phone and mail goes from Frankie's own address, and both ask for a clear yes first. Messages to other people open your own Messages or Mail app so that you press send.
What is coming next?
A calendar for appointments, wider language support, and more tools that let Frankie act rather than just answer. The product is built so that new abilities arrive without the interface getting more complicated, because the interface is a conversation.
What does it run on?
Any modern browser on a phone, tablet, or computer, and it can be added to a home screen so it opens like an installed app. There is nothing to download and nothing to keep updated.
