About fit and buying

Who is FrankieGPT actually for?

Anyone who would rather talk than type, and anyone who wants an assistant that remembers them. It is used by individuals, by families setting it up for a parent, by professionals who run their day out loud, by small business owners, and by clinics and community organisations who buy it for the people they serve.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. Frankie is one screen with one button, and you can say anything in your own words. There is no app store, no menus to learn, and nothing to configure before it is useful. That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation on what it can do.

Can an organisation buy this for its members or clients?

Yes. Accounts can be created and funded centrally, so a care home, clinic, employer, or community group can provide Frankie to the people it serves. Write to hello@frankiegpt.com and we will set it up with you.

Does it work in languages other than English?

Frankie speaks English and Russian today, including sentences that mix both. Voice recognition supports fifteen languages, so it can still tell who is speaking when the conversation switches. More assistant languages are in progress.
