Buy it once for the people you look after
Senior living communities, home care agencies, libraries, faith communities, unions, housing associations, employers, and any group that keeps ending up as the help desk for paperwork. One account each, funded centrally, nothing for anyone to install.
Who does this
Groups it fits
Senior living and care homes
Residents get something they can talk to at any hour without waiting for a staff member. Voice lock means the person’s own assistant answers to them and not to whoever is passing.
Home care agencies
Between visits is where things get missed. Reminders that arrive by text or spoken phone call fill the hours nobody is in the house.
Libraries and community centres
The queue at the desk is usually the same handful of problems: a form, a letter, a login, a scam text. This answers most of them without a queue.
Faith communities and mutual aid groups
Congregations and neighbourhood groups already do this work informally. This gives the volunteers something to hand over.
Employers and unions
A benefit that helps people with the admin of their own lives, including for members whose first language is not English.
Housing associations
Tenancy paperwork, benefit letters, and repair appointments explained in plain words, in the tenant’s own time.

The practical arrangement
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who pays | You do, centrally. Accounts are funded from one place so the person using it never meets a payment screen. |
| Who owns the account | The individual. Their conversations, saved people, and voice print are theirs, and they can delete the whole account in one tap. This matters for trust, and trust is what decides whether a tool actually gets used. |
| What has to be installed | The free app from the App Store or Google Play, or nothing at all: it also runs in the browser and can be added to a home screen. No device management, no update cycle to manage. |
| What training is needed | Show someone the button once. The whole interface is one screen and ordinary speech. There is no menu structure to teach and no wake word to remember. |
| What about people who share a room | Voice lock ties spoken instructions to the person who taught Frankie their voice, one recording per language they speak. Other voices in the room are ignored. |
| What we will not do | We do not sell anyone’s information, we do not advertise, and we do not build profiles. See the privacy notice, which is written in plain language on purpose. |
